Vintage Trade Co. sources and sells vintage clothing, props, equipment, machinery and vehicles. We find the real thing and get it to the people who'll use it.
What we do
Vintage Trade Co. is a sourcing company. We acquire vintage wardrobe, props, equipment, machinery and vehicles from many different sources, and we buy with an eye for what's genuine, what's useful and what reads on camera.
Then it's our job to get those things to people who'll use them. That might be a production that needs them on screen next month, a collector, a reseller, or someone who wants a coat that was actually made in 1952.
If what you need isn't on hand, ask anyway. Finding things is the job.

Questions we get
Is there a catalog I can browse?
Not yet. What we have changes as we buy and sell, so it's faster to tell us what you need and get photos of the real candidates back. Send an inquiry and be as specific or as loose as you like.
Do you rent, or only sell?
We sell. Everything is sold outright and is yours to keep.
What condition are things in?
It's vintage, so expect age and use. Some pieces are excellent, some have character, and some are display-only. We describe condition in writing with your quote, and items are sold as-is unless the quote says otherwise. Details are in our terms.
Do you ship? What about big items?
Yes, anywhere in the U.S. Smaller items go by parcel carrier. Machinery, large dressing and vehicles go by freight, which we arrange and include in your quote.
I'm with a production. Can you work to a deadline?
Tell us your need-by date and ship-to address up front and we'll say straight away whether it's realistic. The production inquiry asks for everything we need.
Can you find something you don't have?
Ask. Sourcing is the trade, and if we don't have it we'll tell you whether we can track it down.
